Shares of Novo Nordisk tumbled Monday after the Danish drugmaker said U.S. regulators need a new study before they can finish their review of two diabetes treatments, a development that could delay approval for several years.

Richard Allan Turner passed away Monday, Jan. 28 at St. Bernardine's Hospital from complications of diabetes. He was born in Bakersfield on Sept. 28, 1947 and was a resident of Fontana for 28 years. He attended UCLA and then served in the Army and Civil Service in Germany.
